Betting site Election Betting Odds announced on October 22 that the odds for Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump to win in Arizona are 72.1%, Georgia is 70.5%, North Carolina is 66.5%, Pennsylvania is 61.5%, Nevada is 60.7%, Michigan is 59.5% and Wisconsin is 57.5%. Meanwhile, Mr. Trump's Democratic opponent, Vice President Kamala Harris, is predicted to lose in all of these states in the US presidential election. The analysis predicts that Mr. Trump will win 312 electoral votes, compared to Ms. Harris's 226 votes. The betting site compiles data provided by Betfair, Smarkets, PredictIt, Polymarket and Kalshi and updates information every 20 minutes. According to a survey conducted by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Mr. Trump is leading Ms. Harris by 4% in the battleground state of Georgia. The Republican presidential candidate received 47% support, while the Democratic candidate received 43%. However, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution noted that 8% of likely voters said they were undecided, which could change the final result. The survey was conducted from October 7 to 16 among 1,000 likely voters in Georgia. A Reuters/Ipsos poll showed Harris leading Trump by 3% nationally, 46% to 43%. When asked about their approach to immigration and economic challenges, respondents favored Trump, who led 46% to 38% on the economy and 48% to 35% on immigration. More than 4,100 U.S. adults participated in the Reuters/Ipsos poll, which was conducted online nationwide from Oct. 15 to 21. The race for the White House has been unpredictable so far, as polls have a margin of error, meaning that typical polling inaccuracies can change the outcome. Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin will be the battlegrounds that will decide whether Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris or Republican Donald Trump will become the next president in the Nov. 5 election, according to experts. The two candidates' campaigns are in full swing, with both candidates focusing their efforts on winning over voters in battleground states. Both candidates are currently neck and neck in polls ahead of the election. Battleground states will be crucial in determining which candidate reaches the crucial 270 electoral votes in early November. Currently, neither Mr. Trump nor Ms. Harris has a clear lead in enough states to secure that number.
