Launching a competition to complete the topping out of the Kira Home social housing project

Construction units, teams and groups sign a competition agreement.

The Kira Home social housing project under the Legend City Urban Area Project invested by Viet Duc Steel Group is one of 80 typical projects nationwide selected to start construction and inaugurate on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day. The project focuses on green space and public facilities, built on an area of over 1.5 hectares, including 2 9-storey apartment blocks, providing 352 apartments with an area of 35 - 70m2 for workers and low-income people in the area.

Leaders of Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation gave gifts and encouraged construction teams and groups.

Up to now, the project has been implemented according to the plan, ensuring regulations on labor safety, quality and environmental hygiene.

To speed up the construction progress, the Project Management Board launched a competition to complete the Kira Home social housing project before February 10, 2026. Accordingly, each officer, engineer, and worker will promote high spirit, responsibility, initiative and creativity in work, strictly follow technical procedures, and be determined to bring the project to the finish line on schedule.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Khac Hai - Deputy General Director of Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation requested the Project Management Board, engineers and workers to continue to promote the tradition of solidarity, strive to overcome all difficulties, speed up the construction progress of phase 1 of the Project to ensure quality, contributing to the creation of a modern, synchronous and sustainable urban area.
