This is a sophisticated form of fraud, preying on taxpayers' fear and lack of inspection, with the potential risk of having their personal data and financial information stolen.
According to the Tax Department of 7 Dak Lak Provinces, these fake invitations do not follow the correct form, do not have the correct number or document symbol as prescribed by the Tax Department, do not have the identification code, and even the signature and seal do not match the applicable form. These "invitations" are also not issued through any official business process of the tax authority.
