On January 19th, authorities in Lao Cai City, Lao Cai Province, were investigating the cause of death of a man found dead in a house in Coc Leu Ward.

Earlier, at around 8:00 AM on the same day, authorities received a report that Mr. D.XH (born in 1981, residing in Lang Son commune, Ha Hoa district, Phu Tho province) was found dead on the second floor of a house under construction belonging to Mr. NMH (Coc Leu ward, Lao Cai city).
It is known that Mr. H. was the contractor who built the house.
Upon receiving the report, law enforcement officers arrived to cordon off and examine the scene.
Currently, the cause of Mr. H.'s death is being investigated by the authorities.
