On the afternoon of July 22, Quang Ninh Provincial Police said that at around 1 p.m. the same day, the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department (PCCC-CNCH) of Quang Ninh Provincial Police received a report about the discovery of a male body drifting in the area between Bai Chay beach and Dau Go cave.
Immediately after receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police force urgently mobilized specialized vehicles and officers and soldiers to the scene, coordinating with the Border Guard Station of Hon Gai Port to bring the victim's body ashore.

Through verification, the victim's identity was identified as HVH (born in 1979, one of three victims still missing at sea in the capsized sightseeing boat Green Bay 58, QN 7105 that occurred on July 19).
Thus, up to now, of the 49 people on board the Green Bay 58 ship that had an accident in Ha Long Bay, authorities have rescued 10 people, 37 bodies have been found and handed over to their families, and 2 victims are still missing at sea.
Previously, as SGGP Newspaper reported On the afternoon of July 19, the ship Vinh Xanh 58 departed to take tourists on a tour of Ha Long Bay route 2. Captain and owner of the ship Doan Van Trinh took tourists to visit Cho Da, Dinh Huong, Ga Choi islands, Sung Sot cave, Luon cave, Ti Top island and returned to the port in the afternoon of the same day.
However, after about 35 minutes, when reaching the East of Dau Go cave, a storm arose with thunder and hail, tilting and then pushing the ship Vinh Xanh 58 to capsize, all passengers and crew members sank into the sea.
