Promoting the strength of great solidarity, preserving the traditional cultural values of Thang Long

The report shows that in 2025, under the close leadership of Party committees and authorities at all levels, the Front Work Committee of Group 26 launched and effectively implemented a movement to help each other develop the economy ; coordinated to help 10 households borrow capital with a total amount of 800 million VND; introduced 8 people of working age to participate in vocational training classes; introduced jobs for 30 people at production establishments in the area...

The campaign "All people unite to build a cultural life in residential areas" also had 225 households achieving the title of "Cultural Family", reaching a rate of 97.4%; 52 households were honored as "Typical Cultural Family". Up to now, in the residential area, there are no more near-poor households, the living environment is kept bright, green, clean and beautiful. The close relationship, solidarity and mutual support among the people is increasingly strong.

Speaking at the festival, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission of the City Party Committee Nguyen Doan Toan emphasized that the strength of the great national unity bloc is always one of the most important and powerful resources for the entire Party, people and army to overcome all difficulties and challenges, and successfully carry out the cause of innovation and national development. Through the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations, the tradition of patriotism and the spirit of solidarity among ethnic groups and religions are increasingly consolidated, enhanced and promoted.

Reviewing the city's outstanding achievements in recent times, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the City Party Committee Nguyen Doan Toan said that, overcoming difficulties and challenges, in 2025, the Party Committee, government and people of the Capital have made efforts and strived to maintain stability and development, actively contributing to the overall achievements of the country. In the first 9 months of 2025, Hanoi's GRDP is estimated to increase by 7.92% over the same period last year.

In 2025, Hanoi Capital started 8 key projects in the fields of transportation, urban and social. The city's Party building and rectification work also had many changes. The organization and apparatus of the capital's political system were streamlined, operating effectively and efficiently. The two-level local government model operated smoothly, serving people and businesses better and better.

Recognizing and appreciating the results that the Party Committee, government and people of Viet Hung ward have achieved in the past time, notably the ward was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee for implementing the Campaign "45 days and nights of supporting digital transformation activities"; budget revenue reached more than 5,400 billion VND, reaching 87% of the plan..., comrade Nguyen Doan Toan assessed that the achieved results are clear evidence of the people's trust in the leadership of Party committees and government at all levels.

Praising the achievements of the residential area and congratulating the exemplary families who were commended and rewarded, comrade Nguyen Doan Toan called on all people to trust in the leadership of Party committees and authorities at all levels, and to continue to effectively implement the Central Committee's resolutions on promoting the strength of great national unity, contributing to building a prosperous and happy capital and country.

Comrade Nguyen Doan Toan hopes that residential group 26 and Viet Hung ward will continue to join hands and help families in difficult circumstances; properly implement regulations on civilized lifestyle in weddings, funerals and festivals; preserve and promote the fine traditional cultural values of Thang Long - Hanoi, a thousand-year-old culture and heroism.
