Promoting the role of Hai Phong female intellectuals in the city's development in the spirit of Resolution 45-NQ/TW

Conference scene.

The workshop is an academic forum demonstrating the commitment, responsibility and aspiration of Hai Phong's female intellectuals in the process of building a modern, smart and sustainable urban area in line with the national strategic orientation. The event contributes to concretizing the goal of turning Hai Phong into an industrial, logistics and innovation center by 2030, with a vision to 2045 according to Resolution 45-NQ/TW of the Politburo .

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Hien, Party Secretary, President of the Council of Hai Phong University delivered the opening speech at the Workshop.

Starting from September 2024 to April 20, 2025, the Organizing Committee of the Conference received 36 articles, including 5 in-depth presentations from the Vietnam Association of Women Intellectuals, the Hai Phong Association of Women Intellectuals and the Hai Phong Women's Union; 29 review articles, including 16 articles from lecturers of Hai Phong University and 13 articles from female intellectuals and scholars from manyuniversities and research institutes across the country.

The articles reflect the multi-dimensional role of female intellectuals in the fields of politics, leadership, management; education, training; science, technology; sustainable development; law, gender equality; culture, society...

Delegates presented papers at the Workshop.

At the workshop, delegates presented many passionate papers and discussed specific policy groups and solutions to effectively promote the potential of female intellectuals. The content focused on issues such as: promoting training and fostering; building an inter-sectoral and inter-regional network; promoting research and application of science and technology into practice, contributing to the goal of rapid, sustainable development and deep integration of the city.

The Organizing Committee hopes that the Workshop will expand cooperation, create a space for democratic dialogue, spread knowledge and build a network of female intellectuals to accompany the city in comprehensive, inclusive and sustainable development.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Association of Women Intellectuals presented awards to 7 outstanding groups and individuals, recognizing their outstanding contributions in the fields of expertise, scientific research, training and social work./.
