Team rituals are regulations that are unique to the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization, aiming to help team members and children practice regularly, form good habits and routines; have a sense of discipline, posture, style and collective spirit. Team rituals are unified regulations, expressed in language, symbolic forms, rituals, procedures and formations. Implementing Team rituals well in schools not only helps children have good discipline and routines, but also helps them hone their skills, train their physical strength, and form a sense of discipline when participating in collective activities.
Participating in the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers' Ceremony Competition are 11 "Ceremony Teams". The teams will compete in 2 groups: Group A is the flag-raising ceremony according to the Team Ceremony, Group B is the drum and trumpet performance competition.
The competition is an activity to improve the quality of organizing the "Ceremony Team" of the teams, contributing to the good implementation of the regulations of the Team Rituals in schools, improving the quality of the Team's work and the city's children's movement. Thereby, we hope to further promote the implementation of the Team Rituals in schools, especially building a ceremonial team in schools to ensure compliance with the regulations of the ritual, with full drums and trumpets to be more professional and better quality in organizing ceremonies, especially the weekly and monthly flag-raising ceremonies of the schools, thereby contributing to improving theeducation of traditions, patriotism, and national pride in the team members and children./.
