According to the report at the conference, in the first 6 months of 2025 (December 2024 - May 2025), the Emulation Cluster of the Women's Union of the Central Coastal and Central Highlands provinces has proactively followed the direction of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union, local Party committees and authorities to effectively implement emulation movements and union activities. The activities were organized in line with the 2025 theme "Promoting the role of women in participating in building the Party, a clean and strong political system, ready to enter a new era, an era of national advancement" along with the campaigns and breakthroughs of the union. Unions at all levels have actively cared for and protected the legitimate rights and interests of union members and women.

Through the projects, programs and projects implemented, the quality of life of women is increasingly improved. Speaking at the conference, Vice President of the Vietnam Women's Union Tran Lan Phuong highly appreciated the efforts of the Women's Unions of the Central Coast and Central Highlands provinces in performing their duties. At the same time, she requested that in the coming time, the Women's Unions in the emulation cluster continue to seriously and effectively implement the policies, resolutions, projects and plans of the Party and State in the process of arranging and building the local government system. The Union carefully studies the instructions related to the organization of the apparatus and party organizations in accordance with the new administrative units. The Union continues to grasp the thoughts of cadres and members to promptly propose appropriate policies in the process of arranging and streamlining the apparatus; promptly reflect and participate in effectively resolving cases related to the legitimate and legal rights and interests of women and children.

Comrade Tran Lan Phuong emphasized: In the context that the whole country is implementing the policy of rearranging administrative units, this is an important stage, requiring synchronous and proactive participation from all levels, including the Women's Union. Therefore, the Unions at all levels need to continue to affirm their pioneering role, maintain their position in building the Party, government and the great national unity bloc; continue to organize and implement well the emulation movement to build Vietnamese women of the new era with knowledge, morality, health, responsibility for themselves, their families, society and the country...
