Promoting the central role of solidarity, creating momentum for sustainable development

Attending the conference were comrades: Duong Van Tien, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Nguyen Thi Loan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, and representatives of departments and branches.

In the first 6 months of 2025, the work of the Fatherland Front in the province continued to be implemented synchronously, comprehensively, and strongly oriented towards the grassroots. The Fatherland Front Committees at all levels have closely coordinated with member organizations to promote propaganda and mobilize people to implement the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws; promote the great national unity bloc, create social consensus, contribute to maintaining political stability, social order and safety, and promote socio-economic development.

Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Duong Van Tien awarded prizes to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" in the period 2021-2025.

Through many specific and practical activities, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels have promoted their central role in solidarity, creating momentum for sustainable development; demonstrating their role as a bridge between the Party, the government and the people, and as the center for building the great national unity bloc.

One of the outstanding results is the implementation of the Campaign "Eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses". As of April 15, 2025, the whole province has completed the elimination of 1,838 temporary and dilapidated houses (of which 1,220 houses were newly built and 618 houses were repaired), completing 8 months ahead of the Prime Minister 's request. This is a testament to the sense of responsibility and the joint efforts of the entire political system, business community and people.

Disaster relief and support work has also been carried out promptly and effectively. In response to the damage caused by storm No. 3 ( Yagi ) since September 2024, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee has received support and allocated more than 27.5 billion VND from the Relief Fund to support localities. At the same time, coordinate with departments and branches to check the progress and quality of supported projects in heavily affected districts such as Dinh Hoa, Dai Tu, Dong Hy, Phu Luong, Phu Binh.

Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Loan awarded Certificates of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" in the period 2021-2025.

In the period of 2021-2025, the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" continues to spread widely. People in the province have voluntarily donated more than 2.1 million m² of land, contributed over 129,000 working days and hundreds of billions of VND to build roads, cultural houses, public works to serve life and production, contributing to improving the quality of life and appearance of rural and urban areas.

Recognizing the achievements, on this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee commended 19 collectives and 23 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas".

The conference also spent time discussing and thoroughly grasping the contents related to the organization and reorganization of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in a streamlined, effective and efficient manner; at the same time, clearly identifying key tasks in the last 6 months of 2025, continuing to consolidate and promote the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the new period.
