Mr. Nguyen Huu Dinh - Chairman of Hue Stamp Club shared at the conference

In 2023, the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Stamp Association had many successes, innovations and new ways of doing things. The Association successfully coordinated with the Departmentof Education and Training and directly went to schools to unify the establishment of 7 Stamp Clubs in schools. Thereby, arousing the passion of students, creating a vibrant stamp collecting atmosphere in schools and nurturing future professional stamp collectors.

According to Mr. Nguyen Huu Dinh - Chairman of Hue Stamp Club, in the whole country, only Thua Thien Hue Stamp Association and schools have built such a large number of school stamp clubs.

The Association's movement activities are organized in conjunction with important local events, such as organizing the exhibition "Image of Ao Dai" on postage stamps in response to the series of events "Hue Community Ao Dai Week 2023", the exhibition to celebrate National Day and Vietnam Stamp Day and organizing the monthly Stamp Market, displaying and selling stamps on Hai Ba Trung walking street.

Notably, the exhibition of Ao Dai images on stamps is a new and unique feature, suitable for local activities, recognized and highly appreciated by the Provincial People's Committee. The Association directly communicated to 412 students of all ages, 23 teachers who are members of the Association and 32 teachers participating in the Board of Directors.

In 2024, the Provincial Stamp Association plans to organize a school stamp exhibition (1-page type) with the participation of 7 school clubs and 1 teacher club, coordinating and supporting the Stamp Club of the University of Science High School to organize an Ao Dai performance program with motifs taken from the Tet stamp sets issued by Vietnam Post, responding to the series of events "Hue Community Ao Dai Week 2024".
