Innovation to improve quality
Since the beginning of the year, trade and service activities in the province have grown quite well, the market for goods has been diversified, people's purchasing power has increased, especially for food, foodstuffs, household appliances, etc. The distribution network has developed in both breadth and depth, and service quality has been improved. The rapid growth in the number and scale of operations of convenience stores, convenience store systems, supermarkets, traditional markets, etc. has contributed to promoting the production and consumption of goods in and outside the province.
Along with focusing on building a synchronous commercial network, shopping centers, supermarkets, and specialized stores have proactively innovated management methods and sales methods in a modern direction so that people can not only stop at shopping but also be entertained, have fun, and enjoy preferential policies... especially preferential policies on price - an important factor in attracting customers.
Ms. Le Thi Thu Trang - Director of Go! Viet Tri Supermarket said: "When customers come to shop at the supermarket, they not only get to choose quality products, diverse in types, with many price segments from affordable to high-end, but it is also an opportunity for family members, especially children, to enjoy and visit many products, uniquely decorated according to their own models, bearing the characteristics of each product and region".
In recent years, commercial and service activities have developed in a modern direction, increasing convenience, saving time, and ensuring safety in shopping thanks to the promotion of digital transformation. Typically, at the Winmart and WinMart+ store systems , digital technology has been applied in goods management, customer care and business. Mr. Vu Ngoc Trung - Manager of Winmart Supermarket in Phu Tho town said: "Currently, the Winmart supermarket system has applied digital technology to trace product origin, make cashless payments and use the VinID App for customers to shop online. Thanks to promoting sales and introducing products on digital platforms, Winmart has searched for and expanded its customer base, controlled goods sources, ensured full availability, and met consumer needs."
In addition to creating convenience and clearly confirming the origin of products, the application of digital technology through online sales is also an opportunity for businesses and business units operating in the fields of trade and services to regularly update prices, ordering methods, product details, promotions, discounts, and incentives specifically for each customer...
