The representative of the provincial Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion informed that the program “Luc Ngan Lychee Week” has been implemented in industrial parks in the province. As of June 16, the province has supported businesses, cooperatives and people to set up 5 points to display, introduce and sell lychee products in industrial parks in the area.

Including: 1 point at Evergreen Nenh Social Housing Area (apartment building); 1 point at My Dien market, Nenh ward; 1 point at the dormitory of Luxshare -ICT Van Trung Limited Liability Company (same town as Viet Yen) and 2 points at Hoa Phu Industrial Park (Hiep Hoa).
The points of sale are located in areas with a lot of workers passing by, spacious and easy to observe to better serve the consumption needs of workers and laborers working in industrial parks.
Thanks to that, although the sales points are newly established, they have attracted a large number of customers who are workers and foreign experts, especially Chinese experts working in the province to come and buy goods. On average, each point consumes 500-700 kg of lychee/day. Sales time is mainly during rush hour, from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. every day.

To spread the program "Luc Ngan Lychee Week" in industrial parks, the provincial Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion has received support from the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board, the Management Board of Evergreen Nenh Social Housing Area, the Dormitory Management Board of Luxshare -ICT Van Trung Limited Liability Company, etc. in creating favorable conditions for sales locations, calling on workers to join hands in consuming lychees for farmers.
At the same time, the provincial Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion has cooperated with many cooperatives such as Thanh Hai Agricultural Cooperative (Chu town), Thien Phu Luc Ngan Agricultural Service Cooperative, Quyen Phong Agricultural Cooperative (Tan Yen) to supply lychee and send people to participate in selling products.
Mr. Truong Cong Son, representative of Thanh Hai Agricultural Cooperative, shared that the construction of lychee consumption points in the province's industrial parks demonstrates the province's attention, direction and cooperation in consuming agricultural products for farmers. This work not only promotes and consumes lychee but also creates an effect and premise for businesses and cooperatives to bring many other valuable agricultural products such as longan, custard-apple, grapefruit, guava, pineapple, etc. to the hands of workers in the province's industrial parks.
It is known that the number of workers working in the province's industrial zones is about 230 thousand people. Therefore, the demand for agricultural products such as fruits is considered to have great potential.
