The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Hoang Nam, assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate the implementation of the decision, guide and inspect the implementation of the decision. Annually, coordinate with localities to review and propose the Provincial People's Committee to consider approving the addition and adjustment of the planning area for high-yield and high-quality rice cultivation in Quang Tri province.

Responsible for the accuracy of information, data, and results of reviewing proposals for high-yield, high-quality rice growing planning areas of the province. People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities organize management and implementation of mechanisms and policies in high-yield, high-quality rice growing planning areas in the area.

Annually review and propose to competent authorities to consider and approve adjustments and additions to the planning area for high-yield and high-quality rice cultivation in the area. Report the implementation results to the Department of Agriculture and Environment before December 15 every year for synthesis and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee and the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment according to regulations.
