Nature and function of the urban development area: Urban, commercial, service; development of housing groups and public works, green parks serving the urban area. Preliminary estimate of total investment capital of the urban development area of Tan Binh new urban area includes 3 project groups: Traffic projects and accompanying technical infrastructure, social infrastructure projects, housing projects. Specifically, the traffic project and accompanying technical infrastructure are expected to be about 153 billion 515 million VND; the social infrastructure project is expected to be about 849 billion 583 million VND; the housing project is expected to be about 13,990 billion 479 million VND.
Investment resources for urban development are proposed from the following sources: State budget capital, socialization, bonds; capital mobilized by investors for urban development projects; other legal capital sources.
