The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 1413/QD-UBND on approving the urban development area of ​​Tan Binh new urban area, Tan Binh ward, Di An city. Accordingly, Tan Binh new urban area belongs to Tan Phuoc and Tan Phu 2 quarters, Tan Binh ward, Di An city. Boundary and limit: East borders existing agricultural land; West borders drainage canal and Nguyen Thi Tuoi street; South borders Tan Binh Secondary School, existing housing and agricultural land; North borders Dong Binh Duong Commercial Service Residential Area project.

The urban development area of ​​Tan Binh new urban area has an area of ​​about 32.50 hectares. Nature and function of the urban development area: Urban, commercial, service; development of housing groups and public works, green parks serving the urban area. Preliminary estimate of total investment capital of the urban development area of ​​Tan Binh new urban area includes 3 project groups: Traffic projects and accompanying technical infrastructure, social infrastructure projects, housing projects. Specifically, the traffic project and accompanying technical infrastructure are expected to be about 153 billion 515 million VND; the social infrastructure project is expected to be about 849 billion 583 million VND; the housing project is expected to be about 13,990 billion 479 million VND.

Investment resources for urban development are proposed from the following sources: State budget capital, socialization, bonds; capital mobilized by investors for urban development projects; other legal capital sources.
