Developed by entertainment technology studio Feature.io and directed by filmmaker David Ayer, Lollipop Racing will showcase Porsche's latest high-performance cars, including the 911 GT3 RS and 911 GT3 R.
Porsche joins Lollipop Racing.
A unique blend of fiction and interactivity
The series is a unique blend of fiction and gameplay, featuring ten episodes and ten competitive sports car races set in iconic cities such as Los Angeles, Miami and London. Lollipop Racing is more than just a series, it invites Porsche fans to become part of the experience.
Participants can sign up on the Lollipop Racing platform to not only watch the series, but also participate in the game and adjust their strategies based on the plot details revealed in each episode. “Porsche is excited to be part of ‘Lollipop Racing,’” said Ayesha Coker, vice president of marketing for Porsche Cars North America. “The integration of a scripted series with an interactive game offers an innovative and exciting way for racing fans, gamers and beginners alike to get started.”
Join a virtual sports racing team
Lollipop Racing is powered by Feature.io’s proprietary Smart Content™ technology, which aims to redefine audience engagement through a combination of digital storytelling and immersive gaming. Viewers will have the opportunity to join one of 15 teams competing on a virtual track, five of which will be equipped with Porsche vehicles, allowing players to strategize and race in the 911 GT3 RS and GT3 R.
Launch details
Lollipop Racing recently released a trailer for the series, featuring two Porsche GT3 RS street racing in Los Angeles. The pilot episode of the series is expected to premiere in early 2025, with the racing season set to begin later that year.

Expectations and Interactivity
While details about the series' "interactivity" have yet to be released, Lollipop Racing promises that players will be able to take part in "rewarded missions" and compete in a "fantasy sports experience." Those who take part in the interactive motorsport game will need to watch each episode to uncover clues woven into the story and adjust their strategies to increase their chances of winning at the end of the season.
We can expect a similarly engaging experience as "Black Mirror: Bandersnatch" — hopefully with less anxiety and fear.
