Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vu Hong Quang: Organizing practical emulation movements to welcome the Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front delegates to create a widespread impression and encourage the spirit of innovation

On the morning of November 13, comrade Vu Hong Quang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, worked with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) and socio-political organizations of the province on the implementation of tasks in the first 10 months of 2025, key directions and tasks in the coming time and preparations for the Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province, term 2025 - 2030.

Attending were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Office.

In October 2025, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio -political organizations of the province made efforts to overcome all difficulties and perform well their assigned functions and tasks. After the reorganization and merger, the operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province has gradually stabilized. Effectively implementing campaigns, patriotic emulation movements and important, strategic programs and projects of the province; protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the people, union members and association members. Actively implementing social security work, promoting the strength of national solidarity, consolidating people's trust in the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; performing well the work of social supervision and criticism.

Comrade Vu Khac Quang, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee spoke at the working program.

Responding to the emulation movement "Eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses", the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee deployed in the grassroots system to mobilize over 176.5 billion VND, 50 tons of cement, over 5,800 laborers to support 3,260 households to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses. Calling on agencies, units, organizations, individuals and philanthropists inside and outside the province to support people to overcome the consequences of storms No. 10 and 11. The Provincial Relief Fund received over 97.9 billion VND, and allocated over 52 billion VND to localities and households affected by natural disasters.

The Provincial Women's Union called for support for the "Construction of works and tasks" Fund, which was over 226 million VND; coordinated to organize a conference to meet voters on the topic "Provincial People's Council Delegates with Women" with the theme: The role of women in political, economic , national defense - security, and foreign affairs activities. The Provincial Farmers' Union organized a pilot model of breeding buffaloes, a project to link breeding buffaloes and consuming commercial buffaloes; organized training courses to improve professional skills of the Union for specialized cadres at commune and ward levels.

The Provincial Veterans Association has done a good job of propaganda, developing new members, supporting veteran members to borrow social policy capital for economic development; encouraging young people to join the army, ensuring 100% of the target. The Provincial Labor Federation organizes gratitude programs and takes care of workers. The Provincial Youth Union effectively implements activities to accompany young people in starting a business, establishing a career, Union work programs and youth movements...

Regarding the preparation for the Congress of the Provincial Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations for the 2025-2030 term, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee established a Steering Committee and 4 Sub-committees: Personnel, Documents, Materials and Propaganda. Up to this point, the preparation work for the Congress is being actively carried out by the units, ensuring time and progress.

According to the plan, the 14th Provincial Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2025 - 2030, is expected to take place on November 27 and 28, 2025. The Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Provincial Trade Union, Provincial Veterans Association, Provincial Women's Union, Provincial Farmers' Association, term 2025 - 2030 is expected to be completed in December 2025.

In his speech, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vu Hong Quang suggested: In the last two months of the year, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee should continue to carry out the regular tasks set out according to the plan, strengthen supervision and social criticism, and promote the role of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province. Bring the activities of the agency after the merger and consolidation into a more orderly manner, develop standard regulations, clearly assign people, tasks, and responsibilities, promote the principles of democratic centralism, collective leadership, and individual responsibility. Start preparing for the election of National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

The Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province, term 2025 - 2030 is an important socio-political event after the process of rearranging and streamlining the political apparatus and local government at 2 levels; at the same time, it is a special milestone after the merger of socio-political organizations and mass organizations into the Provincial Fatherland Front. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee is required to concentrate highly, prepare thoroughly and comprehensively for the Congress. Regarding the personnel plan for the 2025 - 2030 term, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vu Hong Quang suggested: The Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board coordinates with the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations of the province to appraise and complete the plan to report to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. In particular, it is necessary to select a team of truly capable and qualified cadres to be included in the structure in the next term, ensuring to meet the requirements of the task.

Agreeing on the time and venue for the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province for the 2025-2030 term, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee noted that the congress program must be organized solemnly, concisely, practically, avoiding formality. The ceremony, reception, and logistics must be carefully prepared, ensuring solemnity and efficiency.
