In 6 construction packages, more than 114 construction sites have been deployed, the total number of machinery and equipment on the route is nearly 1,058 pieces of equipment, and the number of workers is 1,100 people. The total construction value reached 51.3% of the contract value, 18.7% behind schedule. For the 8.1km of new construction, the Km2+715 - Km10+815 section, we are currently focusing on coordinating with the Land Fund Development Center, carrying out inventory work and carrying out related work for site clearance. The Committee recommends that the Provincial People's Committee pay attention and continue to report to the Government, the Prime Minister and the Central Ministries and branches to consider and support 5,437 billion VND from the Central budget for the period 2026 - 2030 to soon deploy the complete investment of the scale of 4 standard lanes for the remaining 64.5km section of the project.

He emphasized that from now until the end of the year, the technical route must be completed in accordance with the province's commitment to the Government, so the Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 1 must assign leaders in charge of directly directing each package to speed up the progress. For contractors, take advantage of favorable weather to concentrate machinery, work in "3 shifts" and concentrate all efforts on construction, and at the same time require contractors to perform construction, if any contractor is slow, there must be measures to handle. Regarding the bridge construction package along the entire route, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Manh Tuan requested Deo Ca Group to urgently construct the remaining items, and during the construction process, it is necessary to ensure technical, aesthetic and absolute safety.
