Ngoc Ha Ward studies the use of shared community activity houses

Reporting at the conference, Vice Chairman of Ngoc Ha Ward People's Committee Nguyen Van Hung said that with the spirit of solidarity and high determination, the Party Committee, government and people of Ngoc Ha Ward have synchronously implemented plans for socio -economic development, urban management, environmental sanitation, fire prevention and fighting, ensuring security and order, and taking care of social security.

By the end of October 2025, the ward's budget revenue will reach more than 43 billion VND, reaching 126.8%; ensuring the implementation of economic, cultural, social, security - defense tasks and urgent tasks of the ward...

At the conference, the Fatherland Front Committee and socio -political organizations of Ngoc Ha ward recommended applying digital transformation to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation; paying more attention and creating more favorable conditions for Youth Union officials at all levels to participate in training courses on skills, expertise, political theory and digital transformation...

People's representatives and youth of Ngoc Ha ward also proposed to review, make detailed inventory, and make records of all public assets; develop and promulgate regulations on management and use of community activity houses to be applied uniformly throughout the area; and solutions to prevent and combat school violence...

Responding to comments and recommendations, Chairman of Ngoc Ha Ward People's Committee Luong Xuan Duong said that the ward regularly organizes training courses on information technology skills and the use of digital applications for grassroots staff.

In addition, the Ward People's Committee also ensures that grassroots organizations are equipped with the minimum necessary technological equipment to carry out digital transformation tasks.

Regarding the proposal on Community Activity Houses, the Ward People's Committee assigned the Economic - Infrastructure and Urban Department and residential groups to review and propose land locations that are eligible to build new community activity houses and repair and renovate degraded community activity houses.

With nearly 50% of residential groups currently not having community houses, the ward has a plan for shared use, and at the same time guides the issuance of unified operating regulations, ensuring compliance with the law.

Regarding the prevention of school violence and handling of cases of child violence, the Ward People's Committee has directed schools to strengthen propaganda on preventing and combating school violence through experiential activities and extracurricular activities; coordinate with departments, branches and organizations of the ward to strengthen education on life skills and self-protection skills for students.

At the same time, organize regular or ad hoc meetings between representatives of the Ward People's Committee, Ward Police and principals of primary schools in the area to grasp the situation and promptly handle violent incidents.

Concluding the conference, Do Thi Duy Nhien, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ngoc Ha Ward Party Committee, requested functional units to promptly and effectively resolve legitimate petitions of voters and people; and continue to strengthen direct, thematic dialogues in residential areas.
