At the dialogue, many opinions and recommendations from individuals and representatives of residential groups expressed their joy that in a short time of implementing the 2-level local government model, the ward has paid attention to implementing social security work well, solving many pressing people's problems; at the same time, continued to raise a number of issues of concern.

Some opinions said that: Online tax payment is still facing difficulties; it is proposed to speed up the process of granting land use right certificates... According to the representative of residential group No. 21, many households in the area outside the dike in Thanh Luong ward (old) still have not been able to get "red books".

In addition, some opinions also mentioned the problems of people's livelihood in the area, such as: The construction of a people's market; the dyke guard post No. 21 has now become a place where many messy objects are gathered and has not been provided with electricity according to the system; some residential areas are polluted by the environment and noise; the Cultural House of Group 7 is under construction up to the 2nd floor (the scale of the project includes 3 floors) but there is no community monitoring team to supervise to ensure the best use of the function.

At the dialogue, comrade Nguyen Van Duc informed that in addition to local economic development, the very important content that the ward is interested in is planning adjustment. In the coming time, infrastructure in the ward will be invested, specifically in building, upgrading and renovating traffic roads.

Discussing some specific contents in granting construction permits, the Chairman of Linh Nam Ward People's Committee stated that for applying for a permit to build a house, people go to the Ward Public Administration Service Point to do so; any construction activity needs to be licensed by the government. For each specific case of difficulty, people must submit a petition, with confirmation from the residential group, and report to the Ward People's Committee for consideration and resolution.

Regarding the lack of a community monitoring team to supervise the construction of the cultural house, the Chairman of Linh Nam Ward People's Committee requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward to inspect, review, establish and perfect a community monitoring team.

Comrade Nguyen Van Duc also suggested that after the dialogue, leaders of some specialized departments and offices should go to the locality to check the issues raised by individuals and organizations. Regarding environmental pollution and noise pollution, specialized departments and offices should check, have a specific progress schedule for resolution and must have results, not make empty promises to the people. The Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs Department of the ward should arrange personnel, spend time reviewing the issues raised by the people, especially the issuance of land use right certificates, and must develop a plan and roadmap for resolution; avoid people making repeated recommendations.
