Implementing the 2-level local government management model from July 1, 2025 up to now, the Yen So Ward Party Committee has focused on leadership and direction urgently, flexibly, resolutely, in accordance with reality, synchronously and comprehensively deploying key tasks, achieving a number of positive results.

Total accumulated state budget revenue up to October 2025 reached 72.13% of the assigned target. The fields of land management, urban areas, site clearance, basic construction investment, and urban order and civilization management received strong attention and direction. Social security work was ensured. The ward completed the investment, construction and put into use before the opening day for 3 new schools.

At the conference, representatives of residential groups requested the Ward People's Committee to soon pay attention to investing in building meeting houses and equipping a loudspeaker system. People also reported that there was a situation of encroachment and misuse of land in the area, causing air pollution, and requested the Ward People's Committee to take measures to handle it.

People also reported that the Do Muoi street tunnel section leading to Hateco apartment building is currently seriously degraded and does not ensure traffic safety.

Speaking at the conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of Yen So Ward People's Council Nguyen Minh Tam emphasized that through the exchanges at the dialogue, the ward leaders had understood and absorbed all the opinions.

Regarding the development of Yen So ward in the coming time, comrade Nguyen Minh Tam said that the ward will urgently and seriously implement the targets and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 1st Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030. The ward leaders will listen to the opinions of the Fatherland Front, organizations and people in the area to synthesize and adjust appropriate solutions in all areas.
