Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Mah Tiep requested the Secretaries and Chairmen of communes to focus on storm prevention work, promptly organize and deploy mobilization work, and relocate households in vulnerable areas; organize barriers for low-lying areas, areas at risk of flooding, subsidence, etc. to ensure people's safety; and completely complete the relocation and contents related to storm prevention work.
At the evacuation points at Phuoc Thang 2 Primary School, Phuoc Son High School, and the old Phuoc Loc Commune People's Committee Headquarters, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Mah Tiep visited and encouraged people to stay safe from storms and floods to ensure safety. At the same time, he requested local authorities to resolutely carry out the evacuation work, ensuring absolute safety for the people.

For households in dangerous and vulnerable areas that have not been relocated, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Mah Tiep requested that functional forces carry out forced relocation and complete it before 10:00 a.m. to ensure safety.
According to reports from localities, up to now, in the communes of the old Tuy Phuoc district, the evacuation of people in vulnerable areas has been completed, with 3,359 households/9,882 people, of which 3,100 households/9,234 people were relocated among the people; 259 households/648 people were relocated in a concentrated manner.

To support the people, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Mah Tiep requested the police and military forces to arrange officers and soldiers to assign and send forces to the locality to support the people, both before, during and after storms and floods. Local leaders review the needs, allocate support forces, go to the grassroots, key and dangerous locations to be on duty and guard, ensuring to minimize damage to the people./.
