At the meeting, the People's Committees of the two communes proposed that the province soon organize specialized training on expertise and profession for civil servants of the Public Administration Service Center at the commune level; and provide training and professional guidance for cadres and civil servants in specialized departments to meet the requirements of assigned tasks.

Currently, the headquarters of the People's Committee of Hoa Lac commune has degraded. It is recommended that the province has a policy to build a facility to ensure a workplace for officials and civil servants. At the same time, it is necessary to have a plan to arrange a working headquarters for the police and military forces; have a policy to support and arrange accommodation for officials, civil servants, and public employees at the commune level who work far from home...
