During the past term, the Veterans Association of Cu Lao Gieng commune has promoted the tradition of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", united, made efforts, and achieved many important results. The main goals and targets for the term (2022 - 2027) were basically completed and in many aspects, the targets were met and exceeded.

The Congress announced the decision of the An Giang Provincial Veterans Association to appoint an Executive Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term consisting of 15 comrades and a Standing Committee of 5 comrades. Comrade Ho Thanh Son holds the position of Chairman of the Cu Lao Gieng Commune Veterans Association for the 2025 - 2030 term.
