Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Anh works with Ia Pa district

The working session was held in a combination of direct and online form at the bridge point of the Provincial People's Committee and Ia Pa District People's Committee with the participation of representatives of relevant departments, branches and sectors.

According to the report, in the first 4 months of the year, Ia Pa district has synchronously implemented key tasks according to the Resolution of the Government and the District People's Council. Winter-Spring crop production achieved the plan, and disease prevention and control on crops and livestock were focused.

The district continues to promote new rural construction associated with OCOP products; effectively implements the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses with 293/507 houses completed. The fields of education, health, social security, national defense and security are ensured.

Regarding budget revenue, by the end of April, the district had collected 61.4% of the provincial estimate. Planning work was reviewed and adjusted in line with development orientation. The district was allocated more than 112 billion VND of public investment capital in 2025, and has allocated more than 98% of the plan; however, the disbursement rate is still low due to problems in compensation, site clearance and the refund capital has not been arranged.

The district proposed that the Provincial People's Committee promptly allocate the remaining capital to repay the shortfall in land use fees from 2019 to present; provide guidance on financial handling, settlement of investment capital, and arrangement of public assets after the merger; allocate capital for the socio-economic development target program for ethnic minority and mountainous areas to implement the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses; and arrange preferential loans from the Social Policy Bank for the housing construction program.

In his concluding remarks, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Anh requested that Ia Pa district continue to closely coordinate with departments and branches to effectively implement socio-economic development tasks, and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles in each field. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee noted that the locality needs to proactively prepare well for the arrangement of commune-level administrative units, personnel work and conditions to serve the organization of the grassroots Party Congress in the coming time.
