Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Hoa Nam: Chaired a meeting to remove difficulties for construction investment projects

According to reports from departments, branches and localities, the Traffic Road Project from National Highway 27C to Provincial Road DT.656 in Khanh Hoa province - connecting with Lam Dong and Ninh Thuan provinces has a total of 1,424 affected cases, of which Khanh Vinh district has 619 cases, Khanh Son district has 805 cases. Localities have completed the measurement and counting of 200 cases. Currently, the implementation of the project is delayed due to land clearance problems.

For non-budgetary investment projects including: Cam Hoa Urban Complex; Cam Tan Urban Complex; Cam Thuong Urban Complex and Suoi Tan Urban Complex, compensation, support and resettlement will be implemented from the first quarter of 2025 to the first quarter of 2026. The area of ​​land clearance for these projects is about 1,121 hectares, located in 3 communes of Cam Hoa, Cam Tan and Suoi Tan (Cam Lam district).

The Cam Ranh Bay Urban Area Project (Cam Ranh City) consists of 3 areas. Area 1 has 630 affected plots of land. As of March 3, the locality has posted a compensation plan for 551 plots, 126 households have received advance payments. Area 2 has 604 affected plots of land, the compensation council has met to review 603 cases, 99 households have received advance payments. Area 3 has 716 affected plots of land, the compensation council has issued decisions to reclaim land for 31 cases, 143 households have received advance payments.

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Hoa Nam proposed that, for the Traffic Road Project from National Highway 27C to Provincial Road DT.656 of Khanh Hoa province - connecting with Lam Dong and Ninh Thuan provinces, the Provincial Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Agricultural and Traffic Works coordinates with localities to develop a detailed schedule for compensation and clearance for the entire project. The People's Committees of Khanh Son and Khanh Vinh districts need to prioritize and divide the site clearance work into stages to speed up the progress and hand over the site to the contractor for construction; ensuring the disbursement of funds for the project according to plan.

For non-budgetary investment projects, Cam Ranh City and Cam Lam District need to summarize difficulties and obstacles to report to competent authorities for resolution. In addition, the Department of Finance builds a detailed schedule for compensation, clearance, and resettlement until the project starts and divides it into phases for implementation, in accordance with legal regulations.
