Phong Phu Ha Nam Unbeaten in the 2024 National U19 Women's Tournament

Thus, Phong Phu Ha Nam successfully defended the championship without losing any match. The runner-up position belonged to Ha Noi and Thai Nguyen T&T won the third place.
