As of April 30, the value of public investment capital disbursement reached VND 1,258,800/2,624,568 million, equal to 48% of the capital plan assigned by the Prime Minister; continuing to be in the top of ministries, branches and localities with high disbursement rates nationwide. (According to the report of the Ministry of Finance , the disbursement rate of the 2025 public investment capital plan nationwide is estimated to reach nearly VND 128,513 billion by the end of April 2025, equal to 14.32% of the plan, reaching 15.56% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister).

If including additional and extended capital, it is equal to 36.9% of the assigned capital (1,407,774/3,818,711 million VND). Of which, the disbursed central budget capital reached 219,796/1,163,183 million VND, equal to 18.9% of the assigned capital; the disbursed local budget capital reached 1,187,978/2,655,528 million VND, equal to 44.7% of the assigned capital.

Along with directing project management boards and investors to develop detailed plans on construction progress and disbursement for each project, the province also resolutely directed sectors and localities to focus on implementing programs and projects in the spirit of "6 clear" - clear people, clear work, clear responsibility, clear authority, clear time, clear results to be determined to complete the plan to disburse 100% of public investment capital in 2025 assigned by the Central Government.
