Ha Lam Ward: Launching a campaign to support people of Lam Dong province and signing a commitment to build a civilized urban area

Regarding support for people in provinces affected by storms and floods, on November 28, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ha Lam ward organized a launching ceremony and received funds to support people in Lam Dong province to overcome the damage caused by storms and floods.

Many agencies, units, cadres and people in the ward participated in supporting the launching ceremony.

At the program, the Fatherland Front Committee of Ha Lam Ward received a total donation of nearly 700 million VND. Of which, cash was nearly 450 million VND and many goods and essential necessities worth 250 million VND.

The entire amount will be reported by the Fatherland Front Committee of Ha Lam Ward and submitted to the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee for synthesis and sending to the people of Lam Dong Province as soon as possible. At the same time, the Fatherland Front Committee of Ha Lam Ward will continue to receive financial support from groups, units, businesses and individuals to join hands with the whole country to support people in flood-affected areas.

Representatives of 22 neighborhoods have registered and committed to implementing projects and tasks in the spirit of: "Each neighborhood has one project, one task for the community".

Immediately after the launching ceremony, Ha Lam ward held a conference to sign a commitment to participate in building a civilized urban area. Accordingly, with the goal of building Quang Ninh into a centrally-run city before 2030, representatives of 22 neighborhoods registered and committed to implementing projects and tasks in the spirit of: "Each neighborhood has a project, a task for the community".

There are 3 typical projects and tasks as follows: Group of projects mobilizing land and architecture donations to expand traffic infrastructure and drainage systems; group of projects to build green - clean - beautiful - civilized living spaces to build roads and streets without waste, without encroachment on sidewalks and roads for business purposes; group of projects to build playgrounds and community activities.

Project groups will be deployed in a people-centered and subject-oriented manner, ensuring publicity and transparency in accordance with the motto "People know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, people benefit".
