Speaking at the ceremony, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Tuy Ward, President of the Women's Union of Vinh Tuy Ward Du Thi Thu said that in recent days, people in the Central and Central Highlands provinces have struggled to cope with exceptionally heavy rains and floods, causing heavy damage to people and property, especially in the provinces and cities of Dak Lak, Lam Dong, Khanh Hoa, Gia Lai, and Da Nang .

With the spirit of "Mutual love and affection", " Hanoi for the whole country, Hanoi with the whole country", at the same time expressing the sharing of the Party Committee, government and people of Vinh Tuy ward with the people of localities affected by the impact of storms and floods in 2025, responding to the call of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Vinh Tuy ward organized a campaign to support the people of the Central region and the Central Highlands.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, comrade Du Thi Thu called on and mobilized organizations and individuals to participate in supporting the people who suffered losses. Officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers should support at least 1 day's salary; people should support at least 1 day's income; agencies, organizations, businesses, and individuals should support according to their capabilities. Every heart, every contribution, no matter how small or large, is extremely valuable at this time.
