Ensuring community benefits through monitoring and criticism

From only selecting simple contents for monitoring and criticism, up to now, the Fatherland Front at all levels of Hai Phong City has selected difficult and sensitive contents that many people are interested in, contributing to ensuring further community benefits. Mr. Do Trang Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong City affirmed: Social monitoring and criticism activities have become an important information channel to help Party committees and authorities when considering and deciding on issues in leadership, management, and perfecting policies before promulgation to ensure that they are correct, accurate, close to reality, and highly feasible. Lao Cai : 40% of communes and wards successfully organized Congresses

Up to now, 40% of communes, wards and towns in Lao Cai province have successfully organized grassroots Front Congresses. The Congress has become a widespread political activity among cadres, party members and people of all walks of life. Chairman of the Lao Cai Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Giang Seo Van said that the process of organizing the commune-level Fatherland Front Congress for the 2024-2029 term was carried out seriously, ensuring the prescribed program and time. The highlight of the grassroots Congress is that the political report was carefully prepared by the units, accurately and objectively assessing the situation of all walks of life and the great national unity bloc; affirming the achieved results, good models, new ways of doing things, frankly pointing out limitations, shortcomings, and causes, thereby drawing lessons. In recent times, the information and propaganda work has been thoroughly disseminated by the Fatherland Front of Bac Kan province to the Fatherland Front at all levels and the Fatherland Front Working Committee in residential areas in many forms, through which the policies and guidelines have been agreed upon and actively supported by the people. According to Mr. Pham Huy Hoang - Vice Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Kan province, in recent times, in order to enhance the initiative in grasping the situation, listening to the opinions and aspirations of the people, the Fatherland Front at all levels of Bac Kan province has deployed many practical forms such as direct dialogue, contacting voters, regular meetings via online platforms, maintaining the construction of monthly and quarterly periodic reports with Party agencies, authorities and the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. Mobilizing resources to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses

Bac Giang province has set a goal of completing the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses for poor and near-poor households by the end of 2024 and supporting families of meritorious people who want to improve their housing. According to Mr. Tran Cong Thang - Chairman of the Bac Giang Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the highest goal of the province when implementing this program is for the happiness of the people. Meeting with the generation of Youth Union members of the Central Office of the Vietnam Fatherland Front on the occasion of the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Union
