According to Mr. Quang, in the past, the old Tran Van On Primary School was degraded, did not have enough functional rooms, and did not attract many students. However, teachers and students of the school always made efforts in teaching and learning, achieving many achievements.

Mr. Tran Thuc Chuong, Vice Chairman of District 11 People's Committee, said that in recent years, the district has had many new schools inaugurated, meeting learning needs and innovating educational programs.
"Today, we are all very happy when a primary school is inaugurated. We always hope that teachers will continuously innovate teaching methods, promote digital transformation... to help students enrich their knowledge, be enthusiastic about learning, and create a friendly educational environment and a happy school for all students," said Mr. Chuong.
The newly built primary school has a total investment of more than 40 billion VND.
Tran Van On Primary School was established in 1980. The old school had many degraded items, did not have enough functional rooms and had been repaired and upgraded.
The construction of the new Tran Van On Primary School started on June 18, 2021, with a total approved investment of more than 40 billion VND.
The school was inaugurated on April 25, 2023, with a total floor area of over 4,000 m2 , 3 floors, 1 ground floor.
The school has 28 classrooms with many functional rooms such as library, English classroom, computer room, multi-purpose hall, cafeteria, playground, beautiful wide corridor, separate and clean toilets for male and female students, toilets for teachers...

The school has a total of 28 classrooms, ensuring 100% of students study 2 sessions/day according to the new general education program.
The new school will ensure 100% of students in grades 1, 2, and 3 study two sessions a day according to the 2018 General Education Program.
The inauguration ceremony of a new primary school in District 11, Ho Chi Minh City took place in the bustling atmosphere of the city ahead of the 48th anniversary of national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2023).
