Implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TU dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, creativity and national digital transformation, the Ba Dinh District Data Management, Synthesis and Analysis Center was built with the goal of creating a powerful support tool in direction and administration; to improve transparency, efficiency and accuracy in managing and supervising activities in the district.

The center is a place to concentrate, manage and analyze data from all fields, economic , social, cultural activities, to information about the environment, security and order...

Built as a “Data Port” to integrate, centralize, collect, store, analyze, process and provide data, the center will focus on connecting, integrating and processing structured data from central, city and district software to serve management, supervision, direction and operation.

The Center is one of the important tools to promote comprehensive digital transformation in all aspects of social life. Effective management and exploitation of data not only lays the foundation for sustainable development with a new vision and new thinking, but also affirms the determination and efforts of Ba Dinh district in implementing digital transformation, creating the premise for bringing Ba Dinh district into a "new era - the era of national development".

In addition to deploying, operating and effectively exploiting the city's shared applications and systems, in recent times, Ba Dinh district has proactively deployed and built the district's database, creating a foundation for exploitation and management through the implementation of projects such as: Building a website to serve socio-economic development; deploying the digitization of civil status data and digitizing records and documents of specialized departments, offices, and People's Committees of wards; applying AI technology, building, installing and mobilizing camera systems of local people to monitor security, order, urban order and environmental sanitation; piloting the construction of smart schools...
