The downstream areas in Tuy Phuoc Commune, Quy Nhon Dong Ward, Quy Nhon Bac and some other areas are deeply flooded, many residential areas are completely isolated, and the national highway passing through Quy Nhon Dong Ward is blocked. That very night, the units coordinated with the Party Committees and authorities of the communes and wards, assigning officers to key areas to directly direct the forces to evacuate more than 10,000 people to safety.
