The workshop focused on four main topics: updating the development trends of the accommodation industry; the role of AI in improving hotel operations efficiency; hotel management and Housekeeping management in the AI era; introducing advanced products and technologies to increase labor productivity, improve customer experience and promote sustainable development.

According to experts and speakers, in the context of technology, especially artificial intelligence (AI) reshaping the hotel operation model, applying AI technology to the tourism sector, especially in room management, is an inevitable trend, contributing to improving the quality of human resources and management capacity in the field of Housekeeping.

This is considered a strategic and necessary step to help accommodation establishments not only adapt but also thrive in an increasingly competitive environment.

Representatives from the Housekeeping Associations of Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam also contributed valuable perspectives, providing an overview of the trends, challenges and opportunities in the ASEAN Housekeeping industry as it enters the digital age .

A notable highlight of the conference was the introduction of new technology products: from advanced cleaning systems from Kärcher Vietnam to “Innovation for Excellence” solutions from Vietsolutions Group. These technologies not only help increase productivity but also significantly improve service quality, aiming at sustainable development for the hospitality industry.
