Proactively prevent natural disasters in Son Tra district

In 2024, the work of preventing and combating natural disasters in the district will be focused on. The district will issue complete and timely documents for implementation; the district will develop plans for preventing and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters corresponding to 4 scenarios with the motto of 4 on-site: on-site command, on-site forces, on-site materials and means, on-site logistics; 7/7 wards will establish and consolidate, improve the operational capacity of the shock team, preventing and combating natural disasters. Son Tra district is a coastal locality, greatly affected when adverse weather conditions occur at sea and on land, so in 2025, the work of preventing and combating natural disasters will always be proactive to minimize risks to people's lives and property, and stabilize socio -economic activities in the district.

On this occasion, the District People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 4 collectives and 4 individuals with outstanding contributions to disaster prevention, control and search and rescue in 2024.
