Thanh Xuan District continues to improve its capacity in land management, planning, and construction order.

Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Thanh Xuan District People's Committee Vo Dang Dung said that, to implement the Project, the District Party Committee has directed the District People's Committee to develop an annual land use plan in the district and submit it to the city for approval; complete the land inventory and build a map of current land use status for the period 2020-2025 and annual land statistics from 2020.

The district has also completed the measurement and mapping of the current status at a scale of 1/200, and made an inventory of 59 public and agricultural lands; directed the organization of a conference to hand over records and documents and sign a commitment on the management of public and agricultural lands with 7 wards; assigned the District Land Fund Development Center to manage and prevent encroachment; issued and implemented the Regulations on the management and use of public and agricultural lands in the district; regularly inspected and monitored to promptly detect and handle violations on public and agricultural lands; developed a project to manage and exploit public lands and lands that have been cleared but have not yet implemented projects and reported to the City People's Committee.

In addition, the District People's Committee also proactively coordinated with relevant departments and branches to remove difficulties and obstacles for cases that have not been granted certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land. At the same time, issued Plan No. 81/KH-UBND dated February 21, 2022 on detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 for the renovation and reconstruction of old apartment buildings in the district; approved the results of selecting a consultant for survey, measurement, and topographic mapping at a scale of 1/500 (Thanh Xuan Bac ward area) under the task of making detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 for the renovation and reconstruction of old apartment buildings in Thanh Xuan district (phase 1).

Notably, the District People's Committee has directed the focus on site clearance to implement construction investment projects according to the planning; site clearance for 5 projects has been completed. Up to now, the District People's Committee has issued decisions on land recovery and approved compensation and support plans for 689 households, individuals and 52 organizations with a total recovered land area of ​​77,061.2m2 ^. with total disbursement amount: 355,761,774,701 VND for 12 projects using state budget capital; issued land recovery decisions and approved compensation and support plans for 144/197 households, individuals and 2 organizations with a total recovered land area of ^{​​19,901.82m2} with a total disbursement of VND 21,908,091,216 for 3 non-state budget capital projects.

According to Mr. Vo Dang Dung, in addition to the above results, the District Party Committee also directed to strengthen the management of construction order and effectively implement the Regulation "Implementing democracy in the management of construction order in the district"; improve the process and procedures for granting construction permits according to regulations for investors; have issued 3,354 construction permits (equivalent to 899,644.21m² of construction floor space) to organizations and people; the rate of licensed construction works reached 99.7%/year...

In the coming time, localities in Thanh Xuan district will focus resources to implement and complete the Investment and Construction Project of Ring Road 2.5 from Nguyen Trai (National Highway 6) to Dam Hong; deploy investment and construction according to the planning of the routes: Section from Ha Dinh Lake to Ha Dinh Street and from Ha Dinh Street connecting to the road along Re Quat Lake to Nguyen Xien Street; section from Alley 320, Khuong Dinh Street to the beginning of Alley 237, Nguyen Trai Street.
