Quang Binh announces 10 land use projects behind schedule

Specifically, the projects include: The project of repairing four-wheel electric vehicles for passenger transport of Cat Vang Service and Trading Joint Stock Company in Quang Phu Industrial Cluster, Dong Hoi City. The project has a land area of 1,000 m2, and was granted investment policy decision No. 2432/QD-UBND by the People's Committee of Quang Binh Province on July 5, 2017; land leased in Decision No. 4413/QD-UBND on December 5, 2017. The current status of the project has invested in building an executive office, fence, internal traffic, trees, and auxiliary works; the electric vehicle repair garage has not been built yet.

Project of Dong My Trading and Service Company Limited's tourism products and gifts production workshop in Quang Phu Industrial Cluster, Dong Hoi City. The project has a land area of 1,000m2; was granted investment policy decision No. 2129/QD-UBND by the People's Committee of Quang Binh province on June 28, 2018; land leased in Decision No. 2694/QD-UBND on August 16, 2018. The current status of the project is that the executive office and fence have been invested in; the production workshop has not been built yet.

Bao Ninh Commune - where many projects behind schedule are named

Project of production facility for decorative stone paintings and tourist gifts of IGS Investment Company Limited in Quang Phu Industrial Cluster, Dong Hoi City. The project has a land area of 1,500 m2; was granted investment policy decision No. 2132/QD-UBND by the People's Committee of Quang Binh province on June 26, 2019; land leased in Decision No. 3496/QD-UBND on September 16, 2019. The current status of the project has invested in building fences and production workshops; the executive office and auxiliary works have not been built yet.

Next, the Phu Ninh Culinary Restaurant Project in Bao Ninh Commune, Dong Hoi City of Phu Ninh Company Limited. The project has a land area of 8,617.3 m2; was granted investment policy decision No. 3322/QD-UBND by the People's Committee of Quang Binh province on November 20, 2015; adjusted in Decision No. 4412 dated December 18, 2018 and Decision 739 dated March 10, 2021; land leased in Decision No. 1369/QD-UBND dated May 10, 2016. The current status of the project has been leveled, no construction investment has been made yet.

Another project of Phu Ninh Company Limited is Phu Ninh Resort in Bao Ninh Commune, Dong Hoi City. The project has a scale of 20,294.8 m2; was granted the first investment certificate on August 15, 2014; and was leased land by the People's Committee of Quang Binh Province in Decision No. 1338/QD-UBND dated May 25, 2015. The current status of the project is that the site has been leveled, and construction has not yet been invested in.

Project of Souvenir Production Facility for Tourism of Nam Phuc Huy Company Limited in Quang Phu Industrial Cluster, Dong Hoi City. The project has a land area of 1,000 m2; was granted investment policy decision No. 4615/QD-UBND by Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee dated December 28, 2018; land leased under Decision No. 896/QD-UBND dated March 13, 2019. The current status of the project is that it has invested in building fences and production workshops; the executive office and auxiliary works have not been built yet.

Phuong Nam Furniture Carpentry Facility Project of Phuong Nam Furniture Manufacturing Company Limited in Quang Phu Industrial Cluster, Dong Hoi City, Quang Binh Province. The project has a land area of 800 m2; was granted investment policy decision No. 4712/QD-UBND by the People's Committee of Quang Binh Province on December 3, 2019; land leased in Decision No. 323/QD-UBND dated February 10, 2020. The current status of the project has been invested in building fences and production workshops; the executive office and auxiliary works have not been built yet.

Thien Duong Air Freight Service Area Project of Thien Duong Air Freight Service Company Limited in Loc Ninh Commune, Dong Hoi City. The project has a land area of 1,647 m2; was granted investment policy decision No. 195/QD-UBND by the People's Committee of Quang Binh province on January 23, 2019; land leased in Decision No. 4598/QD-UBND on November 26, 2019. The current status of the project is that the site has been leveled, and construction has not yet been invested in.

Steel-core plastic door manufacturing facility project of Central Infrastructure Development and Construction Company Limited in Bac Nghia Ward Industrial Cluster, Dong Hoi City. The project has a land area of 1,200 m2; was granted investment policy decision No. 4162/QD-UBND by the People's Committee of Quang Binh province on November 28, 2018; land leased in Decision No. 1593/QD-UBND dated May 13, 2019. The current status of the project is that the site has been leveled, fences have been built, and construction has not yet been invested in.

The last project is Bao Ninh Gas Station (Fish Logistics Service Area) of Hung Phat Production and Trade Company Limited in Bao Ninh Commune, Dong Hoi City. The project has a land area of 2,486 m2; was granted investment policy decision No. 3222/QD-UBND by the People's Committee of Quang Binh Province on October 17, 2016; land leased in Decision No. 3350/QD-UBND on September 22, 2017. The current status of the project is that the site has been leveled, and construction has not yet been invested in.

According to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Quang Binh, of these 10 projects, 5 projects have been decided by the Provincial People's Committee to extend for 24 months in 2023, and 2 projects are submitting decisions to request extension.
