Hanoi Police Club has reached the final of the Southeast Asian Cup C1. They will play two matches against Buriram United on May 14 and 21. That puts Quang Hai at risk of being overloaded in the context of Hanoi Police Club's rather tight match schedule in May.

According to research, the midfielder born in 1997 will likely withdraw from the Southeast Asian All-Stars team that will play against Man Utd on May 28. In that context, coach Kim Sang Sik has summoned two more Vietnamese players, Van Vi and Hai Long, to meet Man Utd.
The two clubs that manage the two players, Nam Dinh and Hanoi, have both confirmed this information. Hai Long will replace Quang Hai, while Van Vi is an additional call-up by coach Kim Sang Sik in the context of the Southeast Asian All-Stars team lacking personnel.
That means there will be 4 Vietnamese players participating in the match with Man Utd: Hoang Duc, Duy Manh, Hai Long and Van Vi.
The Vietnamese team's numbers are equal to Thailand's. The "War Elephants" also sent four representatives, namely Patiwat Khammai, Peeradon Chamratsamee, Ben Davis, and Worachit Kanitsribampen. Previously, naturalized player Nicholas Mickelson withdrew when his home club Odense refused to release him. In return, the Football Association of Thailand sent two more players, Ben Davis and Worachit Kanitsribampen, to replace him.

Due to various issues, many players have withdrawn from the Southeast Asian All-Stars team, such as Nicholas Mickelson (Thailand), Dominic Tan, Sergio Aguero (Malaysia), Muhammad Ferrari (Indonesia), Nieto Andres (Cambodia). Therefore, the team's strength has been constantly shaken up in recent days.
Currently, the two Football Federations of the Philippines and Australia have not yet sent any members to participate in the Southeast Asian All-Star team.
The match between the Southeast Asian All-Stars and Man Utd will take place on May 28 at Bukit Jalil Stadium (Malaysia).
