Tonly Vietnam Electronic Engineering Co., Ltd. specializes in manufacturing components for smart speakers and headphones in Dong Mai Industrial Park (Quang Yen Town). The company aims to increase output by 30-40% in 2025. To meet the requirements of orders, the company arranged for workers and employees to have 2 days off instead of 5 days during the recent April 30 and May 1 holidays, and at the same time cared for, encouraged and motivated employees during this holiday, such as: Arranging shuttle buses for workers living far away, fully implementing policies, and giving bonuses of 200,000 VND/person. The company is completing steps to put into operation the company's second factory in Dong Mai Industrial Park with a capacity of 19 million products/year.
Along with investing in facilities and installing equipment, to meet production requirements, the Company is actively coordinating with related units to recruit about 3,000 workers for this second factory.
In addition to maintaining stable production, many enterprises are also actively accelerating progress, completing investments early, and quickly putting new projects into operation. After nearly 1 year of construction, in mid-March, the factory producing absolute angle detectors for electric car engines of Tamagawa Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Song Khoai Industrial Park (Quang Yen Town) was inaugurated. Currently, the Company is actively preparing conditions to put the factory into operation in the second quarter of 2025.
Mr. Yasuo Hagimoto, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tamagawa Vietnam Co., Ltd., said: The unit is carrying out procedures to import new machinery from Japan to Vietnam to conduct trial production. After officially coming into operation, the factory will produce about 15 million products/year, creating jobs for hundreds of local workers, contributing positively to the growth of the processing and manufacturing industry. The unit will gradually increase output according to the investment plan to serve exports to all markets around the world. During this period, the unit is actively recruiting about 250 workers to meet operational needs.
This year, TKV aims to produce 36.85 million tons of clean coal; consume 50 million tons of coal; and pay the state budget 25,500 billion VND. To achieve this goal, TKV is simultaneously implementing a series of key solutions, such as: Promoting coal processing from mixed soil and rock, increasing blending to optimize selling prices; directing units to approach the capacity of mining licenses; proactively providing coal in the rainy season and exporting coal at market prices; increasing investment in equipment, exploration drilling, and applying new technologies in power plants to improve efficiency. In addition, site clearance, licensing of mineral mines and investment in basic construction are also being promoted, with a total investment plan in the second quarter of about 2,200 billion VND. At the same time, coordinating to effectively implement the work of ensuring security and order, fire prevention and fighting, protecting assets, resources, and mine boundaries; effectively organizing emulation movements; continue to implement the "3-ization" strategy.
Along with that, TKV units are actively implementing emulation movements, such as: 120 days and nights of production labor to complete the production and business plan for the first 6 months of the year, month of action on occupational safety and hygiene with the theme "Strengthening assessment, identifying risks and proactively implementing measures to ensure occupational safety and hygiene at the workplace"...
The efforts and determination of enterprises not only completed production and business plans, but also contributed positively to the overall economic growth results of the province in the first 6 months of 2025.
