Quang Ninh recognized as meeting the standards of universal primary and secondary education level 3

With this Decision, Quang Ninh province becomes the top locality among 10 localities meeting the highest standards of universal primary education, universal lower secondary education, universal preschool education and illiteracy eradication.

Ngo Quyen High School is newly built according to the high-quality school model and put into operation and use in the 2024-2025 school year.

Thereby, by the end of 2024, Quang Ninh province will have 100% of commune, district and provincial level units meeting the standards for universal preschool education for 5-year-old children; 100% of commune and district level units meeting the standards for universal primary education level 3, provincial level records meeting the standards for universal primary education level 3; 100% of commune and district level units meeting the standards for universal secondary education level 3, provincial level units meeting the standards for universal secondary education level 3.

Previously, on May 8, a working delegation of the Ministry of Education and Training led by Mr. Do Duc Que, Deputy Director of the Department of General Education, directly inspected the situation and worked with the Provincial People's Committee on the inspection and recognition of universal education and illiteracy eradication standards in 2024 in Quang Ninh province.

After conducting a field inspection and listening to the province's report, the delegation of the Ministry of Education and Training agreed on the results of recognizing Quang Ninh province as meeting the standards of universal primary education level 3, universal secondary education level 3, universal preschool education for 5-year-old children, and illiteracy eradication level 2 by December 2024 to report to the Minister of Education and Training for consideration and issuance of a recognition decision.
