Currently, Quang Hoa district has 33 relics, of which 2 are ranked at the national level and 11 are ranked at the provincial level. Existing with historical relics is a rich treasure of intangible cultural heritage, including unique traditional festivals. According to statistics, there are nearly a dozen hamlet and commune level festivals held annually, including major festivals such as: Tranh Dau Phao Festival, Hoa Thuan town spring festival, Cach Linh commune festival, Nang Hai festival, etc.

Chairman of Quang Uyen Town People's Committee Duong Quang Dong said: In the town, there are 5 recognized and ranked relics, including 2 national relics and 3 provincial relics. In recent years, the town has organized many activities and solutions to preserve and promote the cultural values ​​of the relics in the area. The relics are managed in accordance with State regulations, the management teams have performed well the role of managing, protecting and maintaining activities at the relics' premises in accordance with regulations. All levels, sectors and people regularly pay attention to, protect and repair to ensure activities taking place at the relics. The management of the collection and expenditure of donations from temples and shrines is carried out publicly, under the supervision of the government and people.

Along with preserving and promoting relics, the district focuses on restoring and preserving the traditional beauty of festivals; the management and organization of festivals are always directed and implemented by Party committees and district authorities at all levels. Every year, especially in the spring, festivals in the area are solemnly organized with healthy, rich and attractive cultural activities, gathering unique folk cultural activities, suitable to the nature and historical characteristics of the relics and local customs and traditions, promoting the potential, role of the subject, creativity and contribution of the people.

The organization of the festival must be consistent with the nature and historical characteristics of the relic, consistent with the traditions, customs and socio -economic situation of each locality; the ceremonies and rituals in the festival must be conducted solemnly on the basis of preserving and promoting good traditional cultural values, eliminating or replacing customs that are no longer suitable. The festival must be joyful, healthy, diverse in form, consistent with the scale, nature and characteristics of the festival; encourage the organization of traditional cultural and folk art activities.
