Through actual monitoring, it is shown that households/facilities maintain field diary recording - a mandatory content in the VietGAP process. However, the implementation is not complete, mainly in a perfunctory manner, not reflecting the actual production. Notably, the work of taking periodic samples to analyze pesticide residues, an important criterion to ensure food safety, has not yet received due attention from households. The delegation has noted the difficulties in maintaining production according to VietGAP standards of households/facilities; at the same time, in the coming time, it will propose solutions and policies suitable to the reality so that households/facilities continue to maintain agricultural production according to the VietGAP process, contributing to promoting safe, effective and sustainable agricultural production in the area.
