Quang Nam issues unit prices for compensation, support, and resettlement when reclaiming land with houses, structures, works, and assets on land.

Accordingly, the unit price for construction of houses, architectural structures, works, and assets on land issued is the basis for agencies, organizations, and individuals to apply in relation to compensation, support, and resettlement when the State acquires land in Quang Nam province.

Accordingly, for houses (including ancillary works in the house), depending on the scale of the construction, the compensation price will range from VND 2,882,000 - VND 5,520,000/m² of construction floor.

For houses with simple structures , depending on the scale, the compensation price will range from 256,000 VND - 3,098,000 VND/m² of construction floor.

For separate ancillary works not located in the house, depending on the scale of the work, the compensation price will range from VND 1,830,000 - VND 4,821,000/m² of construction floor.

For brick-built tanks and vaults, depending on the scale of the project, the compensation price will range from VND 462,000 - VND 3,927,000/ ^m3 of tank.

For warehouses and factories , depending on the scale of the project, the compensation price will range from VND 881,000 - VND 3,943,000/m² of construction floor.

Some other notable construction compensation prices are regulated as follows: biogas pit (2,934,000/m³); car garage (from 1,286,000 VND - 1,549,000 VND/m² of construction floor); water well (from 215,000 VND - 6,478,000/piece); graves (from 591,000 VND (stone stele) - 17,540,000 VND/grave)...

Construction unit prices are determined for new construction projects, of common nature, with common construction techniques, and are popular in the locality. The regulation also provides for a number of cases of unit price adjustment with specific regulations.

The Provincial People's Committee assigns the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities; departments, branches and sectors; and organizations carrying out site clearance and resettlement work in the province to be responsible for implementing them in accordance with regulations.

For types of works and items not included in the appendix attached to this regulation, when an inventory arises, the responsible organization shall:
The compensation and site clearance department is responsible for coordinating with the Investor, relevant agencies and units to determine the unit price in accordance with the market price at the time of compensation, making a record with the signatures of the members and taking joint responsibility, synthesizing it into the compensation plan and submitting it to the competent authority for approval.
