This standard requires cadres and party members to be dedicated, responsible, dedicated, and make every effort to best fulfill assigned tasks, have the will and determination to successfully carry out the renovation process led by the Party, and contribute to building a rich, prosperous, civilized, and happy country; that is "necessary".

“Thrift” means managing and using public assets for the right purposes and in accordance with regulations; being economical and effective; not being extravagant or wasting time, money, effort and other material resources of the collective and individuals.

“Integrity” requires purity, no embezzlement, corruption, negativity, no trouble or harassment; proactive prevention and fight against corruption, negativity; degradation in ideology, politics , ethics, lifestyle; individualism, group interests, manifestations of “self-evolution” and “self-transformation” within the organization.

“Righteousness” lies in the virtues of honesty, straightforwardness, objectivity, impartiality, actively fighting self-criticism and criticism, not hiding shortcomings, not telling lies; seeing the right must be protected, seeing the wrong must be fought.

And to be "impartial and fair", one must know how to uphold self-respect and honor, not take political opportunism or power ambitions, preserve the dignity of cadres and party members, not be influenced or tempted negatively; not let family, relatives and others take advantage of one's position and work position for personal gain; protect one's own reputation and honor and that of the party organization; practice the culture of resignation when one lacks the ability and prestige.
