Quang Ninh organizes a series of events towards the 14th National Party Congress

Quang Ninh organized many meaningful activities to review glorious traditions, affirm outstanding achievements, and spread confidence, spirit and aspiration for breakthroughs and development in the new term.

Towards the 14th National Party Congress and the 16th Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, Quang Ninh province organized many meaningful activities to review glorious traditions, affirm outstanding achievements, and spread confidence, spirit and aspiration for breakthroughs and development in the new term.

On all streets, alleys, and localities throughout the province, flags, slogans, billboards, posters, LED screens, grassroots loudspeaker systems, trees, and miniature landscapes are decorated, creating "check-in" highlights on main roads, administrative centers, residential areas, and public places.

This contributes to creating a vibrant atmosphere, spreading the spirit of the Congress to cadres, party members and people.

Outstanding cultural activities are the Exhibition, display of books, newspapers, documentary photos and propaganda posters to welcome the 16th Congress of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, held from September 23 to October 5 and the Exhibition of achievements in socio -economic development of Quang Ninh province in 5 years (2020-2025) combined with the OCOP fair with the theme: "Quang Ninh is confident, steadfast, and moving forward in the new era with the nation" held from September 25 to October 5, both at the Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Palace.

The highlight of this year's Exhibition of books, newspapers and photo documents is the application of modern technology deployed by the Voice of Vietnam (VOV) in collaboration with the province, combining VR and AI to recreate historical moments in a realistic and emotional way.

After the success of the experience activity "Returning to the sacred moment" at the Exhibition "80 years of the Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" held at the National Exhibition Fair Center, Quang Ninh will be the first locality in the country to bring this technology into the display and exhibition space, bringing the public a new and impressive experience.

The experiencer will be able to "travel through time and space," blend in with the people, fully feel the sacred and proud atmosphere, listen to President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam and raise his hands to loudly swear to support the Government.

The Provincial Newspaper, Radio and Television built a virtual studio space right at the exhibition, providing a modern media experience, creating a lively bridge between the press and the public.

Interactive screen systems are also arranged in many areas, helping visitors easily access information and explore the display content in an intuitive and attractive form, contributing to strongly spreading the meaning of the event.

The exhibition on economic achievements uses many modern means and equipment such as LED screens, 3D images - holograms, interactive sand tables, reception robots and virtual reality technology... combined with more than 1,000 images, documents, over 500 artifacts and 30 clips and documentaries.

Thereby, bringing visitors intuitive, vivid and impressive experiences about the province's journey of innovation and strong development.

Quang Ninh organized a propaganda parade to welcome the 16th Provincial Party Congress for 2 days from September 24-25. The mobile propaganda convoy consisted of 16 vehicles decorated with images and slogans promoting the 16th Provincial Party Congress.

A special art program combined with a high-altitude fireworks display to celebrate the success of the 16th Quang Ninh Provincial Party Congress with the theme "Quang Ninh - Moving forward strongly under the glorious Party flag" was held at 7:30 p.m. on September 27 at October 30 Square, Ha Long Ward.

The art program includes 3 chapters with the theme: What is more beautiful than under the red flag with hammer and sickle; Journey of development and shine; Quang Ninh prospers with the country.

The program has the participation of more than 600 professional and amateur actors, including many famous artists and actors..., expected to attract more than 6,000 people and tourists./.
