Reporting to the working delegation, the commander of Radar Station 480, Regiment 151, Naval Region 1 said that over the past time, the unit has always strictly maintained the order of on-duty duty, closely managed the assigned airspace and sea areas; organized observation, detection, identification, and timely reporting of targets in the air and at sea, contributing to maintaining sovereignty over the sea and islands.

The station has done well in training, combat readiness, discipline training, technical assurance for radar equipment, and maintained a high combat readiness coefficient.

Party and political work is carried out regularly, effectively and with good quality. Logistics and technical work is carried out according to plan, attention is paid to soldiers' lives, barracks are regular, green, clean and beautiful; the solidarity between the army and the people is increasingly close.

Vice Admiral Nguyen An Phong acknowledged and praised the spirit of overcoming difficulties and responsibility of officers and soldiers of Radar Station 480 in harsh weather conditions, far from the mainland, but always completing their tasks well.

The Navy Political Commissar emphasized that the Radar Station is the "eyes and ears" of the Service, so officers and soldiers need to continue to thoroughly grasp the task of combat readiness, constantly raise vigilance, proactively observe, detect, and handle situations promptly, and not be passive or surprised.
