At the congress, Quang Tri youth had 5 honored delegates awarded the badge "Advanced Youth following Uncle Ho's teachings", including: Mr. Nguyen Duy Anh, Captain of the Ethnic Music Team, Traditional Arts Troupe of the province; Ms. Nguyen Thi Tam, Secretary of the Youth Union of Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted; Mr. Tran Van Thai, IT telecommunications system operator, Information Technology Telecommunications Department, Quang Tri Electricity Company; Ms. Tran Le Quynh Diem, Director of An Xuan Organic Pharmaceutical Company Limited; Ms. Tran Thi Lan Chi, Director of Nhat Chi Foods Production, Trade and Service Company Limited.

The 2025 National Congress of Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings took place in Ho Chi Minh City. The National Congress of Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings is held every 5 years by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to discover and honor outstanding individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; creating a ripple effect and positive influence on young people nationwide. The first Congress was held in 2009.

Up to now, after 7 congresses, the whole country has had 2,602 delegates commended and awarded the badge "Advanced Youth following Uncle Ho's teachings".
