From around 2pm every day, Road 9A (Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City) is bustling with people lining up to buy boiled crabs. Many people go early and patiently wait for nearly 2 hours just to buy a few boiled crabs for 45,000 to 50,000 VND each.

Some customers said that the day before they arrived, the stall was sold out of crabs, so they had to come earlier to "save their seats". At around 4 p.m., when Mr. Lam Bao Dam - the owner of the boiled crab stall - had just set up his stall, people immediately surrounded the small table and plastic crates of boiled crabs.
