The issuance of the above decision is based on Decision No. 211/QD-TTg dated March 1, 2024 of the Prime Minister on amending a number of criteria and targets of the National Criteria Set on New Rural Communes, the National Criteria Set on Advanced New Rural Communes, the National Criteria Set on New Rural Districts and the National Criteria Set on Advanced New Rural Districts for the period 2021 - 2025; adding criteria for special new rural districts without commune-level administrative units for the period 2021 - 2025.
Accordingly, the advanced new rural districts in the 2021-2025 period in Hai Duong province must amend the following criteria:
